Only Bio ID doctors are able to prescribe our hormone treatments. You can use our doctor locator on our website to find the nearest doctor in your area. If you are an existing patient you can contact us directly and if you have available repeats on your prescription your order can be processed and sent direct to you. If you are a new patient or have no available repeats you will need to contact your Bio ID doctor.
Your doctor will give you specific instructions on how to use and apply your bespoke medication.

Medication should be stored in a cool dry place and out of direct sunlight.
It is the usually the responsibility of your doctor and yourself to renew your prescriptions.

Bio-id offers doctors the tools and training to treat their patients through all stages of treatment. We offer consultation tools and aids, test the patient’s hormones levels, and compound their hormones. As we offer all services we can greatly assist doctors to deliver this treatment.

After training you will be given your unique Bio-ID doctor login which you can use to log in Bio-ID account. In this section you will have access to documents, training materials, videos, and our doctors forum where you can discuss patient cases and get advice.
Compounded hormones are a single or combination of steroid hormone actives of varying amounts mixed with aqueous bases. These can be compounded into creams, gels lozenges or capsules.
We are able to compound the hormones using a gelatine free capsule. This information will need to be provided on the prescription form in the special instructions section.
3-month supply of medications can be dispensed at one time, but a repeat prescriptions for 6-12 months supply can be requested. If the patient is prescribed testosterone treatment or DHEA then the prescription request must be within 28 days from when the prescription was signed and dated.
